Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)
- ÇocukKodu'yu açın ve giriş yapın.
- Ayarlar ekranını açın.
- Hesabı sil → yetişkin doğrulamasını geçin → onaylayın.
Silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve anında uygulanır.
E-posta ile silme
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabın e-posta adresinden dodeyazilim@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talebi 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.

- Hesap ve giriş kaydı
- Çocuk profili (ad, soyad, yaş bandı, karakter)
- Ders ilerlemesi, yıldızlar, XP, seviye, seri
- Kaydedilmiş projeler, rozetler, sınav sonuçları
- AI mentör sohbet geçmişi
- Abonelik durumu aynası
- "Apple ile Giriş" kullandıysanız Apple bağlantınız da iptal edilir, böylece uygulama Apple Kimliği ayarlarınızdaki listede kalmaz.
Account & Data Deletion (English)
In app: open ÇocukKodu → Settings → Delete account → pass the parental gate → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By e-mail: write from the account's e-mail address to dodeyazilim@gmail.com. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted: the account, the child profile, all lesson progress, stars, XP, level and streak, saved projects, badges, quiz results, the AI mentor history and the subscription mirror. If you used Sign in with Apple, the Apple token is revoked too.
Subscriptions: deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in your device account settings.
